Nectevia – Naturally Fortified Agave Nectar with Stevia

Nectevia is four times sweeter than sugar and can be used as a substitute for sugar, honey or corn syrup in recipes. Nectevia is a perfect vegan alternative to honey for those who choose to exclude animal products from their diets. Nectevia dissolves quickly and so it can be used as a sweetener for hot or cold beverages such as iced tea. It is added to some breakfast cereals as a binding agent.

Nectevia is a natural sweetener with a pleasant neutral taste. It ranks relatively low on both the glycemic index and glycemic load scales.

Nectevia is a natural sweetener extracted from the core of the Blue Agave plant and then naturally fortified with stevia.

Necteviais perfect for everyone, including raw-food enthusiasts! This amber colored fortified nectar has a distinct and delicious flavor that genuinely enhances foods’ natural sweetness.

The pH of Nectevia is 4.3 to 4.8, which makes it very stable and prevents fermentation. While we recommend storing Necteviawith the lid on and in a dark cool environment, refrigeration is optional. The recommended shelf life is 2-years minimum after opening, but we have NEVER met anyone who needed to test that limit. It’s too delicious to last that long!
